Our 4th grade students are working on a group goal-setting activity through our Social-Emotional Learning curriculum, Second Step. After brainstorming ideas together, they decided to collaborate on a meaningful goal: collecting donations for a local animal shelter!
They would love your support in helping them reach their goal! Donations can be dropped off at Norwood View Elementary through October 15th.
Please see the attached flyer for a list of items the students are collecting.
Let’s come together to support our 4th graders and help them make a difference in the lives of animals in our community!

NCSD Families,
Please note there is a misprint on our printed district calendars. It should state November 3rd as Election Day, with students off school for teacher in-service. The misprinted version has election day incorrectly placed on November 10th.
Our apologies for the error.
Join us this Wednesday, 9/30 for our fall Lunch on the Lawn event! Bring a blanket or chair and have lunch on the front lawn with your child. Feel free to pack your own lunch and join your child or bring them a special lunch. All students will eat outside on the front lawn these days regardless of adult attendance. We will have another lunch on the lawn opportunity in the spring as well! Hope to see you there!
